This Implementation Guide is written by HAIVN for any hospital or teaching institution that wishes to utilize E-mentoring to provide technical support to healthcare workers and clinical sites. The Guide includes a description of the approach, step-by-step guidance on how to set-up and run an e-mentoring program, and examples of tools for implementation and evaluation.  

 

The E-mentoring Implementation Guide is written specifically for use in HIV programs, but the approach is easily transferrable and adaptable to other diseases and programs.
